Description:
Scrolling up gets me immediately scrolled down so I'm stuck on the same bit of screen and not allowed to scroll upwards

Steps to Reproduce:

Search for Saturday lunch
Click onto event to try to rsvp
Forced scrolling

Expected Behavior:
I can scroll normally.

Actual Behavior:

Browser/Device:
Android mobile, chrome
