Description:
Add a link to the main artifactory wiki to this page (or elsewhere on the portal).

Problem Statement:
Currently the portal is highly comprehensive, but there is no (obvious) way to go back and check out the wiki where many of the instructions are kept. Adding a link here would allow users to have the portal as their primary first page and then avoid manually trying to find the wiki locations etc.

Proposed Solution:
Add a link to the portal somewhere - Likely the page linked above, or perhaps in the top menus either under training, or processes perhaps. Personally, given how much is in the wiki, I'd like to see it as a parent menu item, but am not too fussed about this.

Alternatives Considered:
Current state is to manually find the wiki from the public artifactory page. Possible, but sub-optimal IMHO.
