We need a system that lets keyvolders grant visitor inductions. It needs to be done in a way that doesn't allow keyvolders to search a database of users.

The easiest method is likely going to be:

Visitor opens induction page with QR code
Keyholder scans QR code
Confirms it's the user
confirms they discussed X, Y, Z
Induction is either granted or goes into a list to be confirmed by a volunteer

A similar system could be used for trainers, scan trainees QR code, assign training as an alternative to the contact search
